Thank you for playing Loop Pixel games! We want you to have the best experience possible.

1. How Refunds Work

All purchases made within Loop Pixel apps (including "Guess the Flag," IAPs, and future titles) are processed securely through the Google Play Store. Because Loop Pixel does not directly collect or manage your payment information, all refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play’s Refund Policy.

2. Requesting a Refund

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Time Limits: Google Play typically allows for a full refund if the request is made within 48 hours of the purchase.

  • Consumable Items: For In-App Purchases that are "consumed" (such as hints, currency, or one-time boosts), refunds may be denied if the item has already been used within the game.

  • Non-Consumable Items: For permanent upgrades (such as "Remove Ads" or "Level Packs"), you may request a refund if the content is defective or does not perform as advertised.

  • Decision Power: Refund eligibility is determined solely by Google Play. Loop Pixel cannot manually "reverse" a credit card charge.

4. Technical Issues & Missing Content

If you purchased an item but it did not appear in your game:

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

  2. Try the "Restore Purchases" button in the game settings (if available).

  3. If the item is still missing, please contact us at contact.looppixel@gmail.com with your Google Play order number (starts with GPA), and we will manually verify and deliver your content.

By purchasing and using any Loop Pixel app or game, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
