Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 10/6/2025
Welcome to Loop Pixel ("we", "our", "us"). We create fun and challenging quiz and puzzle games, currently hosted on the Scratch platform at https://scratch.mit.edu. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you access or play our games.
1. Hosted on Scratch
Our games are built and made available through the Scratch platform, which is operated by the Scratch Foundation. When you visit, interact with, or play our games on Scratch, any data collected (such as your IP address, comments, or interactions) is managed by Scratch under their own Privacy Policy.
We do not control or access personal data collected by Scratch and do not collect or store user data directly through our games.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We at Loop Pixel do not:
-
Collect or store your personal information (name, email, IP address, etc.)
-
Use cookies or trackers of our own
-
Display third-party advertisements
-
Integrate third-party analytics
All gameplay runs within Scratch’s platform using their native tools, and any interactions you have (e.g. leaving comments, liking projects, remixing) are subject to Scratch’s terms.
3. Children's Privacy
Scratch is designed for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We encourage parents and guardians to review Scratch’s policies and settings, as we do not manage or monitor user accounts ourselves.
If you're a child under 13, please only use Scratch with permission from a parent, guardian, or teacher.
4. Links to Other Platforms
If in the future we link our Scratch games to other platforms (e.g., mobile versions on iOS or Android), those versions may be subject to additional privacy considerations. This policy will be updated accordingly when that happens.
