Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 05/03/2026

Loop Pixel (“we”, “our”, “us”) creates quiz, puzzle, and casual games across multiple platforms, including Scratch, Android, iOS, and web‑based game portals. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all current and future Loop Pixel games.

By playing our games or accessing our content, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Platforms Covered by This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Loop Pixel games, including:

  • Games built using Unity and published on Google Play, App Store, itch.io, or other platforms

  • Earlier games built using Scratch or MIT App Inventor

  • Any future games or interactive content released under the Loop Pixel brand

Because each platform has its own data practices, this policy explains what we collect and what is collected by third‑party platforms.

2. Information We Collect Directly

Most Loop Pixel games do not collect personal information directly.

However, some Unity‑based games may use third‑party services that collect limited data automatically. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name, email, address, or phone number.

We may collect:

  • Gameplay data (scores, progress, settings)

  • Crash logs (non‑personal, used to fix bugs)

  • Device information (model, OS version, performance metrics)

  • Anonymous analytics (how often the game is opened, which screens are used)

This data is used only to improve game performance and user experience.

3. Information Collected by Third‑Party Services

Some Loop Pixel games may include third‑party SDKs for:

  • Advertising (e.g., Google AdMob)

  • Analytics (e.g., Unity Analytics, Google Play Console)

  • In‑App Purchases (Google Play Billing, Apple App Store)

  • Platform services (Google Play Games, Apple Game Center)

These services may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Device identifiers

  • Approximate location (country/region only)

  • Usage data

  • Ad interactions

  • Purchase history (for IAP validation)

We do not control the data collected by these third parties. Their use is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Scratch‑Based Games

Older Loop Pixel games hosted on Scratch operate entirely within the Scratch platform.

  • We do not collect any personal data from Scratch users.

  • Scratch may collect IP addresses, comments, interactions, and usage data.

  • All such data is handled under the Scratch Foundation Privacy Policy.

We do not access, store, or manage Scratch user accounts or data.

5. Advertising

Some Unity games may display ads using third‑party ad networks such as:

  • Google AdMob

  • Unity Ads

These networks may collect:

  • Unique Device IDs (such as Advertising ID)

  • Approximate location

  • Ad engagement data

Ads help support free games. You may see personalised or non‑personalised ads depending on your region and platform settings.

6. In‑App Purchases

If you make a purchase in one of our games:

  • Payments are processed securely by Google Play, Apple App Store, itch.io or Steam

  • We do not receive your payment details

  • We may receive anonymous purchase confirmations for unlocking game content

Refunds are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.

7. Children’s Privacy

Some Loop Pixel games are suitable for children.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13

  • Ads shown to children are automatically restricted to child‑safe, non‑personalised ads

  • Scratch‑based games follow COPPA‑compliant policies managed by Scratch

  • Parents and guardians should review platform privacy settings

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Storage & Security

We do not store personal data on our own servers.
Any data collected by third‑party services is stored and secured by those providers.

We take reasonable steps to ensure:

  • Data is anonymised where possible

  • Only aggregated analytics are used

  • No unnecessary data is collected

9. Links to External Sites

Some games may include links to:

  • Our website

  • Social media pages

  • App Store listings

  • Other Loop Pixel games

These external sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as we release new games, add new features, or integrate new services.

The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version
